Introduction
THESE TERMS OF SERVICE (“TERMS OF SERVICE”) DESCRIBE THE TERMS THAT APPLY TO YOUR USE OF TVSAT 2.5 PRODUCTS, INCLUDING RELATED SOFTWARE, HARDWARE/EQUIPMENT, DOCUMENTS AND CONTENT. BY USING YOUR TVSAT 2.5 PRODUCT, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.
BEFORE USING YOUR TVSAT 2.5 PRODUCT, PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY.
These Terms of Service contain a binding arbitration agreement and a class action waiver for United States residents. If you live in the United States, the binding arbitration agreement and class action waiver affect your rights under these Terms of Service.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TVSAT 2.5 BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE TVSAT 2.5 PRODUCT. HOWEVER CAUSED, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF TVSAT 2.5 HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Warranty and Return Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with our product, we are here to help you.
TV Sat USA has a 30-days return policy. For a full refund, contact us to give us the reason for return and ship within 30 days of the receipt of original order. Items must be un damaged in their original packaging.
As we receive your shipment, we will inspect the product and notify you immediately on the status of the return. Once the the return is approved, you will receive the credit according to your credit card company’s policies.
You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
